4th of July Happenings

We had such a busy busy weekend. I am hoping to get going on our summer reading program this week. Jadyn started summer gymnastics today and she loves it. Jesse decide to participate at the last minute too so I guess I am going to have to sign him up as well. Friday is fun day! This week they are having a costume party and a lollipop lick contest, should be interesting. I'm glad she chose lollipops because at least Jesse can have those.

Summer Happenings

We are so happy that Summer is here. We have a lot of fun things planned. Jesse's birthday at Lake Compounce, Sunday evenings with our church family in narragansett and Friday nights at Beavertail. Our letters of intent for the 2009-2010 school year have already been approved and our curriculum is all set and ready to go. We are using My Father's World again this year, since we loved it so much last year. This summer we are working on our reading skills and exploring God's creation around us as well as expanding Jesse's culinary Horizons with our new found sweet potato flour and his ongoing fish trials. Here are some pictures of the beautiful sunset we were blessed to witness at Beavertail last night. The pictures are kind of backwards but you get the jist LOL
